- The two main two reasons cats awol, is they are usually bein fed by someone, or trapped in some outbuildings It`s always best to check sheds, garages several times, because when trapped cats will feel anxious, and "Freaked out". Also when bein fed by others, they may be only be a few minutes from their home. As you know cats can be very elusive, so just because you can`t see a cat, doesn1t mean they aren`t around. Paws xd.

- Check all outbuildings numerous times, as cats can stay very still, and quiet when trapped,. They are renowned for it. Bear in mind too that cats have very flexible spines soi they can squeeze through very narrow spaces (About 2"/3" wide) So has Jasper managed to climb into a partially opened window, and is now trapped? Exiting can be more difficult; it depends on the drop. Place his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, and leave in the garden in a sheltered spot. You could leave his litter tray out, but beware other cats may use it. Take good walks around the area, takin with you an object with his scent on,. and rattle some Dreamies. Someone may be feeding him (Common problem) Try a squeaky toy too. Is there a Mr Big in the area? (Dominant cat) As sometimes they will chase a less confident cat out of it`s own territory; however the chased cat will not return, until they think it`s "Safe" enough for them to do so. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Cats have a very strong sense of smell, and can smell scents about three miles away. Hope Jasper is reunited soon. Paws x..
