- Other Info Today around 1.25 pm I was about minute from Hopwood services on motorway and 2 dogs were on hard.shoulder. One was a King Charles and other small brown I did stop and got out and tried but they went up the embankment. Not sure this is help to anyone but thought post as it’s reallly upset me and never no. I couldn’t get to them.
