- Crime reference number visible - this needs removing and sending to admin via an email for safety. Secondly there are requests to let you know if 'this truck' is seen - what truck as I can't see any details anywhere? I wouldn't know what truck I was looking for.
I hope Boris is safe and home soon. I have friends in Liverpool so will share when you have identified the truck in question xxx - 2024-05-21 10:15 VetsGetScanning
- Boris maybe a victim of an ownership dispute, we are checking this out.
UPDATE: Wednesday, 22nd May
This will proceed to the Civil Courts if both parties cannot come to an amicable agreement.
Custody, ownership and
access disputes:
Dog ownership disputes are becoming increasingly common. The most common situation where pet ownership is called into question is when a couple is in the process of separating, or have already separated, and there is an argument over who gets the dog.
If you are having issues with or want to avoid an ownership dispute, we would recommend you contact:

- Sorry to see that BORIS is missing.
- If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (192237)

- You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
- Contact dog wardens, vets and local rescue centres, and in Scotland, the Police. Give a detailed description with any distinguishing marks/scars or send them a copy of your DogLost poster. You can find vets in your area here.
