- Assume all outbuildings, including empty houses checked numerous time, as cats can stay very quiet, and still when trapped. They are renowned for it. Bear in mind too that cats have very flexible spines so they can squeeze into narrow spaces (About 3" wide) So has Belzi managed to climb into a partially opened window, and is now trapped> Exiting can be more difficult; it depends on the drop. Place his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, and leave in the garden in a sheltered spot. You could leave out his litter tray, but beware other cats could use it. Take good walks around the area holding an object with his scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Someone may be feeding him (Common problem) Try a squeaky too. Is there a dominant cat in the area? (A Mr Big) As sometimes they will chase a less confident cat out of their own territory; however the chased cat will not return, until they think it`s "Safe" enough for them to do so. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Also was there a delivery van in the area on the day he went missing, that he may have climbed into? Paws xd that Benzi will be reunited soon xLast edited: 2024-06-07 12:21:30 by TrudielovesMax!
