RoChy is the kindest, sweetest girl. You are right she has such a lovely face! She rolls onto her back and puts her paw on your shoulder for cuddles - it's too much!! :-)  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks for the update and quite understand why you can't go into more detail. Pleased to hear that RoChelle will be getting, not just one but, TWO welcome home presents - lucky girl. Hope the people who caused you and your family so much grief will get their come-uppance in the very near future! I have to say I just love that photo of her - she does have the sweetest of little faces - quite beautiful. Stay safe little one... xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Yes RoChy will be having a tag as a pressie and a new collar! Basically somebody recognised her and liberated her. I really thank that person but cant say too much as it's all part of an ongoing criminal investigation into the break in and trashing of my son's flat and the torching of my front door. Nice people hey? I am so grateful to have her back, unharmed. She was so happy to be home. Thanks everyone :-)Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

That's brilliant news - welcome home RoChelle! What's the reunited story - we'd love to know how you got her back. I know that it wouldn't have helped in these circumstances but could this very precious girl have an ID tag on her collar (actually a legal requirement) as a welcome home present.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi, I was just wondering if there was any update on this dog, have the owners managed to get her in the press?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

It is essential that you also target: Royal Mail sorting office (take along large posters and a stack of mini-flyers for the posties to carry with them on their rounds), milkmen, cab offices, supermarket and their car parks, leisure centres, takeaways, make certain that Battersea are aware and that they have a poster), all local vets (once again it is best to go in person or get a friend to go for you), your Council's (presumably Newham) street cleansing dept (make sure they log the details & you receive a ref. no.), all your local underground and 'overground' stations. Once again make sure when you call Network Rail that they give you a ref. no., all parks and dog training classes, don't forget about supermarkets and their car parks (I believe you have a number of large stores near to the site of the old Beckton gas works). If others are reading this, have I left anything/anybody out? Finally... good luck in getting your girlie back. Fingers crossed 'this end'. P.S. Let us know if you require our mini-flyers - would suggest you print them in black & white onto BRIGHT orange paper.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owner, I'm so sorry to hear about your lovely RoChelle. Please take notice of all the good advice on here. As Yasa has said, make sure you target pubs (I used to frequent the area in my youth - many years ago!) and know there are a number of pubs in the area. Make sure that you visit each and every one and take a couple of posters. Also, take along a stack of mini-flyers to hand out to customers. Try to go at lunchtime or early evening when they tend to be less busy and make sure you speak to the manager. If possible ask them to display a poster inside the pub and on the windows facing the pavement. The regulars and customers will be a mine of information and will have plenty of local contacts who will know if a 'new' dog has arrived in the road where they live. As Keiron has said, poster like mad and make RoChelle the best known and hottest girl in town. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owner sorry to see your dog has been stolen.  Has the police given you a crime Ref Number?  Also contact the microchip company to alert them of the theft.  As said before making her too hot to handle and postering is the way to find her.  Contact Battersea in london too.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Photo cropped and re-loaded to make a better poster. Posters can be printed by clicking DOG POSTER 1 above the dog detail boxes. Get them up in their hundreds as quickly as possible, and make sure you poster all pubs and pub car parks in the area as this is a good place to sell dogs on almost sraight away. You need to make this dog too hot to handle. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi, Just logged onto your story and so sorry to hear that your baby is missing. There was recently a puppy stolen from a burglary in Bristol and with lots of media attention and puplicity the puppy was eventually dumped and found. She was obviously too hot to handle. I don't know how far you have got but hit the media and publicity asap. Hope she is returned soon. xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

RoChelle was rescued from being locked in a room and hardly fed and bred from. With love and care RoChelle is now a well adjusted and very friendly dog who loves cuddles and affection. She now comes from a loving and responsible home. RoChelle is NEUTERED and CHIPPED and fully vaccinated. RoChelle has a blood spot on her ear which I was about to take her to the vet for. She has a couple of scars on her body, not very noticeable. RoChelle weighs about 30 kilos RoChelle is a LABRADOR X STAFFIE  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
