- Whoo Hoo !! Megan's home !!! Lovely text message just arrived from Megan's grateful Mum :- Delighted to say we have been reunited. She was picked up last night and stayed with a very kind lady who contacted the local vet to where she was lost, this afternoon, and my husband was in the area doing posters, so within 30 mins of getting the call we had little Megan back. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP. Agh! I love a happy ending. Welcome home Megan xx Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- hi dont give up stay focussed i found the advice from Hazel was very good but you have to get to work and follow through with it i found home made sign boards where very useful had lots of calls and sightings and people knocking my house once i got them out i used 2ft by 3 ft pieces of old ply board and got some yellow and white gloss and managed to get 8 big sign boards out, try and think where you live any main roads or roundabouts nearby try and catch the morning and evening rush hour traffic also get to the doctors surgeries usual post offices, i asked the family over for an afternoon, and printed off loads of flyers and posters and posted them in people doors tucked them in wheelie bins on collection day cheeky i know but everyone knew my dog was missing i really hope you find them, good luck saying a pray for you all though not religous fingers crossed keep on ringing dog wardens go and visit the kennels i found they could be very lazyLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Let me know if I can help, I live very near here. I'm at dog training in Bushey tonight so will spread the word. Try the vets in Stanmore shopping parade , also Mandeville (Turner and Cheal) in Whitchurch Lane. Stray dogs are often taken to N.A.W.T in Watford Way.Good luck.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Please be sure to do the scenting I have sent you info about. If she is used to going there by car and knows the car park, then leave scent and clothing in a safe area of car park also, as she may return looking for the car. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- 01.02 Owner well done. Photo now on site. if you have a pic showing her full body it would be a help in finding her. However, there is a poster available now. Click on DOG POSTER 1 above dog detail boxes, left hand side and it will open up for printing. You need to get hundreds out there as quickly as possible. Good Luck now for tomorrow, and do inform all the authorities. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Owner if you are reading this, I am so sorry about Megan. Please email a photo to admin@doglost.co.uk if you are having trouble. You also need to get back to the place of loss before daybreak if that is possible and leave items of your clothing with your scent, and food, in the place of loss. Most dogs do return to the place they last saw their owner. I will email you the scenting instructions. Please read them a couple of times and use them to keep Megan in the area you have lost her from until you can catch her. Good luck and please get the photo to us as soon as possible.
