- Check all outbuildings numerous times, including empty houses, and cellars in case trapped. B ear in mind too that cats have very flexible spines so they can squeeze inti very narrow spaces (About 3" wide) So has Bella managed to climb into a partially opened window, and is now trapped? Exiting can be more difficult; it depends on the drop. Place her UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, and leave in the garden in a sheltered spot. You could leave her litter tray out but beware other cats may use it. Is there a Mr Big in the area? (Dominant cat) As sometimes they will chase a less confident cat out of it`s own territory; however the chased cat will not return, until they think it`s
"Safe" enough for them to do so. Take good walks around the area, holding an object with her scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. Someone may be feeding her (Common problem). Try a squeaky toy too. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Incidentally cats can smell scents from about three miles away. Hope Bella is reunited very soon. Paws, and fingers xd. - 2024-06-26 22:36 Vizslamum
