- Pip I am so sorry that your lovely girl is missing and thankyou for registering her on doglost. Please make sure you have contacted all local stray kennels, dog wardens and vets. Keep checking back with them and if possible visit the stray kennels in person to make sure she is not there. By law they only have to keep a found dog for 7 days before rehoming or sending them on to a rescue and do not rely on the chip as this can sometimes be missed. POSTER POSTER POSTER as much as you can to raise all the public awareness possible. I hope she is home again very soon xx PamLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
