- Other Info Waterford City & County Dog Shelter - ISPCA Waterford was able to capture this guy yesterday ,he had been living outside for some time and suffering from Mange. Male ,Brown, long haired ,Lurcher. After his vet visit ,he will need a home or rescue. Available to leave on the 10th of July .Call 0818 10 20 20 and Ref 07/07 for a viewing.
