So pleased this dog has been found, and is now safe. It would seem that the so called owner didn`t want this dog to be found. Hope someone can shed some light on who the dog belongs too. Hopefully if found the owner should be charged with the abandonment of a dog. Paws xd.

**APPEALING FOR INFORMATION**

This dog was found tied up, abandoned, tangled, terrified and muzzled this morning down a remote lane in Martham. The dog has been safely rescued by one of our officers. We are actively appealing for any information in establishing where this dog has come from and how they've ended up in this state.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
