- Other Info Dublin County Dog Shelter - Izzy arrived to the shelter on Saturday after being found in a car in the car park of Dublin Airport... On arrival she was wearing a harness and collar with a tag displaying a UK number attached. Kennels checked her chip and she was registered to an address in the UK, with a matching phone number to her tag.. Numerous attempts to contact the number were unsuccessful and the phone just rang out 😕 We are hoping there is a reasonable explanation for this, however right now it
