This dog was lost in Wendell Park

The owner is a nice guy, normally are in Wendell Park a lot of the time each day - the dog has an unstoppable desire to play ball. I saw the owner in the park and he was absolutely distraught, as any decent person would be. Its not my dog but I think the owner desperately needs to be reunited and I am very concerned for him.
