"Its good when things go as they should.....
DELIGHTED to say Siri the cat who was lost in the Bude area Cornwall is caught!
We really would like to thank John Fowler Widemouth Bay Caravan Park for their tolerance to us mad people crawling about and lurking over night with traps etc as well as their help in sightings, feeding her to try to stabilise her etc.
Without hesitation we can say this is a good place to go for your holidays if you going to that part of Cornwall with your animal family..... I think it would without to π Many thanks to them!!
Siri was on the run since 27th August 24 till 03.10 when she actually went IN the trap but she was being clever and didn't stand on the foot plate till 03.12..... There was a degree of luck in this one lol
Then she was in the hedge when we put the cage there last night.... I went back and nothing in it round 1 am noting in it but again heard her. Checked it an hour later and let out one of the biggest Hedgehogs I ever seen ..... Bless him he showed her how to do it as I let him out round 02.20 and was putting her in the car at 03.21!!
She will be back with her family tomorrow then home a number of hours later and can go back to being her old self with a Heggi-bore pen pal and an Auntie who is very fond of her in Cornwall lol
Welcome back little one xxx
Cameo by her new Penpal lol... He really was huge!".
Well done Sarah! β€Last edited: 2024-09-20 20:21:03 by GeoffA - Area Volunteer - Cornwall, Scotland & Northumberland - 2024-09-03 16:55 Sharon - Social Media Volunteer
