- Other Info Dublin County Dog Shelter - Male jack Russell and male beagle found on 6-9-24 on the belgard Road, tallaght. Jack Russell found with some sort of electric collar. If these are your dogs contact the shelter on 087 3914008. Proof of ownership required, reclaim fee's, microchip fee's and licence fees apply to reclaim. Neither microchipped.
