Now logged as stolen with the police after a call from a witness who says they saw her being dragged on a lead last night between 9:30 and 9:45 in Penge - Thesiger Road and Parish Lane. Contacting local businesses for CCTV. Witness describes woman, 45-55, Chubby with long black hair wearing glasses and a jumper with lines in it and a skirt. She walked down onto Parish Lane toward Kent House Station. Helen was barking loudly and the woman was dragging her on the lead.
