- Other Info Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter - ‼️FOUND‼️ This pup was found in Carlow last night on the river bank with a fish hook in his mouth 💔 thanks to Vetcare for taking him into their care and giving him the urgent treatment he needed, not microchipped.
