  • Other Info Found....this is from Owner Someone was walking him... 🙁 they found him and keep it 😭 my husband got in the car he drove until the end of our street to go to Bournemouth to see if Teddy is there and he saw a man waling our dog... he found it and instead of reporting and trying to get him home he bought a leash and wanted to keep him
