- Other Info Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter - This poor Lurcher was picked up in Carlow, not microchipped. This dog is literally just bones under that hairy coat, this is a welfare case and has been passed on to the relevant bodies. If anyone knows who might own this dog please contact us on 0599726785
