- Other Info Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter - This pair were picked up in Kilkenny this morning, not microchipped, there was a 3rd dog that unfortunately bolted, a black and white small Spaniel cross if anyone sees this dog between the Kells Rd and the Callan Rd in Kilkenny please contact us, these dogs have been roaming for quite sometime, if you are the owner or know who the owner might be please contact us on 0599726785
