The person who had her brought her back to her owner in response to the fliers he had given out.Postering and fliers is the best way to get your dog home.

Just got an email from Sapphire's owner and she is home. Wonderful news. She was returned this morning.Have asked for details on how this happened. Welcome home girl. x

After following up some info owner went to local police and Saphire is now officialy listed as stolen. Owner has informed the dog warden and has been told someone will call to see him in the next half hour.

A dog matching Saphires description has been sighted in Easthope heading towards Oakridge and it looks as if she is limping. Am bumping to top to alert local helpers.

Rang owner to offer advice. It seems Sapphire escaped through a door left open by a cleaner. She (Sapphire) lives in flat above a hotel/pub. No sightings as yet, but owner will get posters up tomorrow and contact vets, rescues etc. I will email him scenting instructions etc.
