- Other Info Found in the water in seaforth docks. Coastguard/ Merseyside Police rescue. Wearing pink collar, no owners ID TAG (one in the PHOTO is what Stray Kennels put on dogs in their care), not CHIPPED. Proof of ownership required if claiming her. Council Reclaim fees will apply.
