  • Other Info SCAPPY was taken to New Hutte Neighbourhood Centre for safety and looked after. MICROCHIPPED but not registered, no ID TAG. Owner was located and SCAPPY was REUNITED. He has been FOUND before. Advice given re updating chip details. Thank you to everyone who helped get him safe off the roads
