- Other Info Black Labrador seen loose around Rockingham Road near Blandford Avenue. I had to swerve to avoid it as I turned into Blandford Avenue. I stopped and went to see if I could see a collar or tag, it let me get close enough to grab but unfortunately it didn’t have a collar on. It then bolted up Blandford away from Rockingham Rd. The dog is nearly impossible to see in the dark
