- I saw this dog tonight at 8.45 it was running on the grass verge on the road that runs between Redbourn and St Albans and it was heading towards St Albans it was very quick and i knew by the time i had turned the van round it would have gone, it did'nt appear to have a collar on but it was getting dark so could'nt see very clearly it looked to be a browny brindle colour but can't be sure it looked to be slightly larger than a whippet
