- Not sure if it’s any help but there was this comment on a local Facebook group last night:
Black spaniel with what looks like a green? collar along Redbourn road was walking in between (it was heading in direction of St Albans) But was walking into traffic that travelling back towards Redbourn direction.
Only seen as is going in and out of traffic which had to stop.
Couldn’t stop as was too busy on road. When seen had just gone passed the road where jewellery school is.
Have called and reported to police as concerned about the spaniel and also possible accident that might occur.
