Email from local helper who is unable to post directly onto DL: Woo Hooo!! Fantastic news :) I will update all forums now Jan thanks for that. I now have an album on facebook with Dogs Lost, thought i may as well start a photo album and keep it updated so that i can get them all out there at once.

Just had a phonecall from one very happy owner.  Arthur is HOME.  He had been found not far from his home and has been getting looked after, his finder did not know who to report him to, they did contact a local vet today who had Arthur's missing details and contacted his owner.  Great to see Arthur has been reunited with his family and now going into the BLUE.  Welcome home Arthur and well done to his finder and the vet. Will email everyone later to let them know he is home.  Jan x

Spoken again to owner still no news on Arthur, they are going to visit Halewood RSPCA today which does not open until 13.00 p.m.  Owner has been contacting the list of places emailed last night and will also visit kennels suggested.  Jan x

Email from local DL helper who is unable to post directly onto DL: Will do what I can with Arthur's posters Jan, will post on rescue forum as there are a couple of Widnes members, also will put the word about locally and in the Cronton area. Hope Arthur is home safe soon, poor lad.x

Thanks Mel for the email to Admin greatly appreciated.  This lovely found boy is very much like Arthur but he was found before Arthur went missing, he has also been picked up as another match to Gognac missing from SE.  Jan x

Not sure if it is the same dog but there is a dog just like this in Wakefield pound, would the owners be able to check it out just to make sure??

Various size posters emailed to Arthur's owner including further advice/info and Scenting/Mapping Instructions in case required.  Posters also emailed to Rescues, Merseyside Pet Ambulance, Trg Clubs, NW Co-ordinators and some helpers in the area.  Once the posters start getting circulated and in the right area fingers crossed his family get the phone call they are desperately waiting for.  Good luck.  Jan x If anyone is able to help with the postering and spread the word please let us know and various size posters can be emailed to you.  Thanks. x

Spoken to owner, details now updated.  Arthur went missing approx 3.00 p.m. this afternoon, workmen left the gate open.  Owner has emailed a photo which has now been uploaded, they only have a headshot but will try to find another one.  Arthur is very friendly with people but nervous of other dogs and may show nervous aggression.   Will do various size posters and email to owner etc.  Have give advice on things to do but will also send advice/info and Scenting Instructions.  Jan x
