Met our local PCSO’s (Police Community Support Officers) at library, the other end of Surrey and they said they doing something called ’Dogwatch’.think they have just noticed that dogwalkers actually see quite a lot...any way thay have been making contacts + keeping an eye out for dog thefts.so it might be an idea to contact your local teams.on Safer Neighbourhoods website.
