A long shot i know, but have you, or any one thought of contacting Colin Butcher (Ex police detective from Surrey where he still resides, but now works as a Pet Detective. He also managed to locate stolen dogs, albeit; he lives far away from you, he does advice over the phone, I believe, and think he has contact with other police forces. Please if you do have, Timmy, show some compassion, and reunite him with his heartbroken owner; who has dementia, and Timmy is his companion dog. PLEASE, PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING, and make one owner very happy. Imagine it bein one of your parents, and their pet was stolen, and left them heartbroken; how would you feel? I rest my case.

Timmy is a seven-year-old dog who is the beloved companion of Dr Ronald Wann, who lives with dementia and requires round-the-clock care. Son Richard said Timmy had been "the best medicine" for his father, who will be 92 years old tomorrow (Friday, February 7).

"On Friday of last week around 8am, his carer noticed that his little chihuahua dog, Timmy, had gone missing, possibly from the back garden," he said. "It is assumed that he has escaped, but he could’ve possibly been taken. Timmy is a lifeline for my father and it has been the best medicine over his years of suffering. To say the family is devastated is an understatement."

Timmy is neutered and microchipped.

OP --- Hi everyone, we are heartbroken to have lost my father‘s miniature Chihuahua. My father suffers from dementia. This is his lifeline. Timmy went missing yesterday early morning from Gayton Heights , Enderby Leicester.
