- By the way maybe you didn`t know but it`s compulsory now to have cats microchipped. Is Sykes neutered? As if not may have gone seeking a mate, Always best to have cats neutered as it helps stop fighting with other cats; straying too far looking for a mate, and helps stop Feline Aids. If on a low income you can get cats "Snipped, and chipped" at a reduced price via Cat Protection x

- Check all outbuildings, including empty houses several times, as cats wts will stay very quiet, and still when trapped; they are renowned for it. Bear in mind too that very flexible spines, so they can squeeze into very spaces (About 3" wide) so has he managed to climb into a partially opened window, and is now trapped? Exiting can be more difficult; it depends on the drop. Place his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, and leave in the garden in a sheltered spot. Ypu could leave out his litter tray, but beware other cats may use itr, and it could upset, and confuse, and upset Syko. Is there a dominant cat in the area? As sometimes they will chase a less confident cat out of it1`s own territory; however the chased cat will not return until they think it`s "Safe" enough for them to do so. Take good walks around the area holding an object with his scent on and rattle some Dreamies; someone may be feeding Sykes (Common problem) Cats by the way can smell scents from about three miles away; try a squeaky toy too. Hope Syko will be reunited very soon. Paws, and fingers xd.Last edited: 2025-03-04 17:38:03 by TrudielovesMax!
