Buster is home !! I am so pleased. Just came home to a lovely email from Buster's Mum. Welcome home Buster - you little monkey !! xx Hi Hazel!    Just to let you know, We've got Buster back!!  A lady found him sitting at the bottom of her garden with a ball in his mouth!!  I had a call from her daughter who lives in Sweden to say that the lady had found him so she searched the internet for her mum and found him on the website and she called me.  The lady only had him for a few days and when she asked around she discovered he'd been wandering around locally for a while!!  He was only a few streets away from home!!  He is now safely home with my partner and I can't wait to get home to him!  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I have contacted owner by email and sent general information sheets. Requested another photo to show Buster's full body, and more information. Have had a reply now. Owner has contacted all the vets, Battersea, all the councils, the dog wardens and a few rescues in the area. Buster is microchipped and his details have been updated. The chip company has sent out information on Buster to all authorities over a 30 mile radius. Buster managed to escape from owners back garden whilst she was on her way home from a holiday. A relative was looking after the two dogs and had fed and let them out, but by the time owner got back, Buster had gone. There were fireworks going off at the time, of which he is petrified. He is a full Jack Russell, not a cross, but gets mistaken as a sausage dog because of his colouring. He is also quite big, but with short legs. Owner has got more photos, so hopefully we will get a better one this evening.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
