- 00.10 a.m. He was picked up by Wigan Council out of hours Animal Wardens. On examination it would appear that he is aged approx 4 to 5 years old, he is totally blind and appears to partially deaf. He is brindle and white and is entire. He is not Micro-Chipped nor was he wearing a name tag. He was wearing just a simple choke chain. His blindness is congenital and although he has eyes at the front he has in fact got no eye balls. He has been well looked after and apart from his eyes and ears he is in very good shape. His last day in Council care was yesterday (8.09.09), nobody has made any enquiries with Wigan Council Dog Wardens Service or Animal Wardens looking for him. Enquiries have been made with every Vet in the Wigan area and nobody is looking for him. He will not be PTS, but will go into the care of one of a local charities. Hopefully we will get a photo of him shortly. Would be great if his owner was found or a new forever home. Good luck feller. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
