Fantastic news , well done to the nice Polish people, for caring for Tinker and contacting owner when they saw the poster.
Well done Mollychops for helping Tinkers owners who were not at all lost dog savy, for producing all those posters and getting them to the owner which was what finaly got Tinker home after eleven days!.x

Tinker is home!!  Owners have been postering like mad and it had the best result. Some kind Polish People had been looking aftering him, and then saw the posters, which reunited him with his owners. He is fine and happy to be backLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I have received a pic via email from the local paper and sent on to Head Office.  He looks  like german shepherd  cross to me and I know when I spoke to Cheltenham Resvcue yesterday they had one in . I will contact owners and suggest they go and look. In the meantime there should be a poster soon to download.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Ive just spoken to Tinkers owner. He went missing on the 7th which is a week ago. There have been no sitings at all, the area he went missing from is next to his home in the grounds by the hospital and he would have known his way back very well.  Ive told them its imperative here we get a picture to create a poster, as none done so far. Owner as Reynard said has no internet , but has photos, so we need to get them on somehow!  The Western Daily Press are doing an aricle, im waiting to hear back from owner with a number of the journalist who interview them, to see if she can email me his photo.  That might be quicker than posting it.Owner doesnt have any one she can contact either to emaila pic.  Time is moving on here and we need to get those posters done, anyone available to help  postering would be appreciated. Stay safe Tinker till we find youLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Tinker was spooked and ran off for apparent reason by the Royal Gloucester Hospital . Owner has poster notified Dog wardens and has entered him in various newspapers .
He is chipped so may have been taken in not knowing he has an owner, this is an area where many foreigeners live so it is possible they do not know that a stray must be reported to the Dog Warden.
