Thanks for checking other Spaniels on DL.  I have alerted the finder to your posts, they are still actively looking for his owner and doing a great job.  Owners could be on holiday and if he had gone into a rescue he could be rehomed after 7 days.  Fingers crossed his owners/family see him advertised as found.  Jan x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Details emailed into Admin, I have spoken to family who sent the information in, this boy is being looked after by the finder and if anyone wants to claim him they must be able to describe some distinquishing features. Well done to his finder and their friend for sending his details to DL, hope his owners are found soon, good luck.  Jan x Part of email sent to Admin: We found a stray dog yesterday and would like you to put him on your register. We have notified the dog warden, all local vets, Police etc. He has been scanned for a microchip but has none.   The dog is a golden cocker spaniel. Beautifully clipped and groomed and clearly not been straying for long as he was spotlessly clean   He could have been lost by holiday makers. I have circulated the region's accommodation providers but obviously can't cover every possible place people could camp or stay with relatives.   He was found Monday 21st September. On Hiraethog, a moorland area sraddling the Denbighshire Conwy border. Found on the road from the A543 to llansannan.   THe dog is friendly and clearly cared for.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
