Owners are going back in the morning first light to lay scent and to park the car up in the car park, same place as today, and will also scent around that. Daisy may well find her way back to where the car was parked, as well as the place they lost her, which is not that far away. We are hoping the extendable lead will not have got her caught up in any dangerouse situations. Hopefully someone will have found her and we will get a happy call tomorrow. Have now spoken and given advice. Email received also - which will explain circumstances. :-  Daisy is actually my mum's dog but as she is on holiday, she was being looked after by my nan. She's incredibly timid and ran when out for a walk this morning. She should still have her extendible lead attached to her! I don't have a photograph of her at the moment but hope to be able to get one tomorrow. Mum got Daisy from a Rescue Centre in April this year and they had a photo of her on their website so I'm hoping they will be able to send it to me to help with our search.
My nan stayed around the park for a few hours after Daisy ran calling and whistling but didn't have any luck. My partner and I went with our dog this evening to do the same as Daisy probably knows us a little better but again, we couldn't find anything.    Have emailed scenting advice, and made some more suggestions.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
