What a beautiful dog. So glad you have been re-united. He looks very aloof, and certainly very worthy of his name!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Great news, welcome home Colonel.  Well done and thank you to his finder and Vet, also to Val (you are a star).  Jan x Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Great news, Colonel has been found. The dog warden received a call from a local vets where he'd been handed in. She's just been down to collect him. He'd been taken out of the area to the next town by the finder for a couple of days who returned back to Southend today. Big thanks to Val, the dog warden, who really has been a great support to the owner and was doing all she could to help. He's not chipped....but will be soon!!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Similar photo now on site as no actual photo available. Its a bit of a difficult situation as the family have personal issues they are going through at the mo so the dog warden is being a great support and doing all she can and searching for Colonel. I will do posters etc and email over to her and she will put them up out and about but if anyone is local and can assist let us know and we'll email over the poster or they can be downloaded here from his page. We are not sure now if Colonel is microchipped or not. The owner thought he was but paperwork cannot be found and vets can't confirm he has been so please consider any non chipped dogs for possible matches.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
