Have spoken to the finder Jenny now. She was on her way home from a home check when she saw a stray lurcher in a field near Stickney which is close to Boston. It took Jenny over half an hour to catch her and immediately thought she looked familiar! Took her back to her kennels and scanned her. Thankfully Rhona is micro-chipped and the rest is history! Jenny says she is not in bad health so may have escaped from somewhere. The owners are now on their way there to collect her. A big welcome home Rhona xxx and thank you so much to you Jenny xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

There has been a possible sighting of Rhona in a village near Swaffham called BARTON BENDISH with an elderly couple who had a silver hatchback car. The owners have been over to this village to poster the area heavily. I have also suggested to put another advert in the paper local to Barton Bendish. Stay safe Rhona xxx  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

The owner has spoken to the person who saw Rhona being put into a silver Renault Laguna. They drove off in the direction of Kings Lynn/ Downham Market. I have suggested to them to get an article in a Kings Lynn local paper just incase someone knows something in that area. I have sent contact numbers for Cambridge vets. Stay safe Rhona until you are found xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

A4 Poster and flyers created and emailed to co-ordinator Helen for distribution. Good Luck with Rhona, and as Helen says, get hundreds of posters out as quickly as you can, and do make sure you do all the pubs and garages in the area, and further out. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have spoken to the owners they were out feeding their other animals when Rhona just vanished. This is very out of character and say that she would not stray off their property. The owners fear she has been picked up. The Dog warden and Vets in the area have all been notified . I have advised to get as many posters up as possible in the surrounding area and also alert the local radio station and newspapers. I will be sending contact numbers for Vets and Rescues in Norfolk. Stay safe Rhona until you are found xxx   Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
