Just found out where we saw them, it was on the A299. Thanet Way.
Though again, probally totally innocent, but seems weird its right near the area...

This is really freaky...i was down that way yesterday and today, just come back from my caravan, as we were on the road yesterday  i saw 3 pups of this description in a cage in the back of a estate car, an oldish car, with one man driving, i said it looked odd as the man didnt seem to type to own these sort of dogs, even though that sounds wrong of me, i was trying to look closely ( i was in passenger seat ) and the pups had no paper or blankets in this cage..and they looked very uncomfortable as they were so young...
could be nothing, and genuine, just seemed odd, and thought i would check on here when i got in, and now seen this...though obviously i don't know where the car was heading as he turned off the motorway... i really hope this is not connected, and they were his pups.
