Very saddened to see this news. What a beautiful girl. Sweeet dreams  pretty one. xx Weep not for me though I am gone
Into that gentle night
Grieve if you will, but not for long
Upon my soul’s sweet flight.
I am at peace, my soul’s at rest
There is no need for tears.
For with your love I was so blessed
For all those many years.
There is no pain, I suffer not,
The fear now all is gone.
Put now these things out of your thoughts,
In your memory I live on.
Remember not my fight for breath
Remember not the strife
Please do not dwell upon my death,
But celebrate my life.

Sadly we have received a call from  a railway worker to say that he removed the body of a German shorthaired  pointer female fron Guness at approximately the same date as Bramble went missing. Have spoken to owners and informed them and given them the number to ring to confirm...not the outcome we wanted but at least they have closure as to what happened to Bramble.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks Strix - but on our system, Lincolnshire is included in our East Anglia Region. Hope that has explained it for you.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Surely Scunthorpe isn't in East Anglia. Can somebody update details?

Have just spoken to owner and given advice. Bramble escaped from owners propety. She was spotted on by neighbours being rounded up by the police but when owner contacted the local station they had no record of the incident. She is a very nervous dog and would be hard to catch. Owner has put up posters, contacted vets and dog warden. She has also got an advert in the Scunthorpe telegraph for all of this week. Have emailed all relevant docs.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
