We've found Meg, she was taken in by a lovely family who responded to a leaflet drop we did this morning, she is back home and we are thrilled!!  Thank you so much to the DogLost team, especially Alison who was so kind and full of good advice!!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have just spoken to owner. Meg has the run of the garden when they are out and at lunchtime someone has posted a letter through the door and left the gate open. They live right in the centre of Potterhanworth and are very doubtful that she could have wandered any further than the edge of the village so think she must have been picked up. Have given them the number of Cliffe kennels and Blackhouse farm kennels as they are the closest pounds. Offered to make up poster but owners son is on the computer making some up right now. Will send details of dog wardens etc.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

So sorry Meg is missing - there is a temporary poster available for you now, from this page. Click on DOG POSTER 1 above dog detail boxes left hand side and it will open up for printing. You need to be logged in each time to do that. Same with the comments. tell us a bit more about how she has gone missing and roughly from which area? For example, near the post office, on Blackberry rd, etc. Thanks. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Meg is a Labrador x Springer, all black who is about 14/15 years old.  She is a rescue and has resulting marks, she has very thick scarrred ears and is pretty much compltley deaf, she has bald patches on her hocks and her tail and she is very slender.  She is a much adored family pet who we care about very much, she is fully vaccinated/wormed and frontline and has regular check ups at Washingborough vets.  She does suffer from some stiffness in her back legs.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
