Woo Hoo Molly is HOME.....
I've been on training today in work so have had no PC  or phone access.  I pass the area she was sighted in yesterday on the way to and from work and looked out for her across the fields this morning.  Called into Halewood RSPCA on the way home and mentioned Molly to one of the kennel staff and was informed she had been found at dinner time, called into office to see staff but they were really busy so left.  Came home to an email from her happy owner who I've been on the phone to for over half an hour.  So pleased to be moving her into the BLUE they are so happy to have her back and have worked so hard it has paid off.  Well done to everyone who has helped and a big THANK YOU to the gardener.  Welcome home lovely Holly great so see you going into the Blue.  Jan x
Email from owner at 13.20 p.m. today
Hi Jan,

Brilliant news, we found Molly today in Halewood Village at about 12.15 ! She ended up in someones garden and the gardener grabbed her and they had her in the house when we got there.

We think she was trying to get back to the field where she got lost. She looks fine which is quite amazing, although she is a bit skinnier than she was last week.

Many thanks for getting in touch and all your advice, everyone who has helped has been absolutely fantastic !!!

Have tried calling but you must be at work.

Best Wishes,

Thanks Bumpkin, you, your mum and dad are stars.
She has been spotted behind the rspca yesterday (16th Nov) on and very close to Everton Training ground she would not go to the man he and his wife who are experienced with stray animals have been a great help also with info, she has also been seen in fields off Lower Lane in Halewood.

I will be getting off work early tonight and calling into Halewood RSPCA on my home.  x
Bumped due to sightings.  Good luck.

I forwarded details of this dog on to my parents as they know the Widnes area well.  They’ve been over this evening and to quote Mums email to me:-
"We have just been down to the Hough Green area to place lost dog signs around the place. I have left signs inside the chippy at Cronton. Outside the Post Office by the shops at Cronton, and outside the catholic school gates in Cronton. It’s open country between Cronton and Hough Green and she could have wandered. We left a poster outside a school by Stockswell Lane, Tarbock, and one by  Andrews Garage by the crossroads at Ditton."
Thanks Mum & Dad!  Let’s hope it helps.

Various size posters now done and emailed to owner with Scenting Instructions in case required, have discussed with owner what to do if they see her and that she may not recognise them at first.   Posters emailed to Rescues, RSPCA's, Dog Trg Clubs, DL helpers and NW Co-ordinator's Goldenfrodo and RileysMum.  If anyone is able to help with the postering and spread the word please let us know and posters can be emailed to you. Thanks.  Fingers crossed Molly is found soon and reunited with her family.  Good luck.  Jan x   Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I am going around the Hough Green area tomorrow morning so i will keep a look out for Molly. I hope she is safely reunited with her family very soon. I will also add Molly's details to my facebook album of lost dogs so that any contacts in the area can keep a look out too. xx  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

22.00 p.m.  Spoken to owner tonight.  Molly who is an ex Dog's Trust dog ran off from her dog walker, it was the first time she had been taken out with them.  The field she has gone missing from is on the corner of Gerrards Lane/Church Road near Lydiate Lane in Halewood.  I know exactly where this field is very well and have seen dog walkers there.  She was last seen around the Londis shop off Hough Green Road in the Hough Green / Widnes WA8 area this morning Sunday 15th Nov.  A lady reported her sitting by the shop when she approached her Molly ran off.  Family are doing a brilliant job and have been doing the right things and have contacted DW, Out of Hrs AW, Halewood RSPCA (this is where she would be taken if picked up in the area) I've advised family go and check at least once a week and about the 7 day ruling and not to rely on phonecalls or the chip being picked up. Other family members are still out looking for her now.  I'll email further advice/info and scenting instructions in case needed a.s.a.p. will also do various size posters.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
