No I'm afraid I don't know the circumstances, just a short text from his owner to say he was found and ok.

There is a 3 year terrier cross for sale for ?50 on Manchester gumtree posted today - has similar markings but has a white chest - cant tell from Oscar's pic whether he has or not.  Link is

Happy to be contacted for advice on finding Oscar.  You will find my details on Simon's page 18956.  He went missing this summer from Redland.  Will tell friends with dogs to look out for him.
