I am so very sorry that this has happened to Enya, and you. I am suffering the same heartbreak. I am Cassie's owner who was also taken to heaven in the same way at the same time.  I believe my Cassie has made a new friend in heaven and her name.... is Enya. God bless you our babies.  Be secure in the knowledge that the true love bond will never break.  With love, Kim xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

So sad to see you never got home again Enya. Such a beautiful lady. They shine a little brighter, they feel a little more
They touch your life in ways no one has ever done before
They love a little stronger, they live to give their best
They make our lives so blest, so why do they go so soon?
The ones with souls so beautiful
I heard someone say--
There must be Borrowed Angels, here in this life
They come along, into this world, and make this world bright
But they can’t stay forever
Cause they’re heaven sent
And sometimes, heaven needs them back again
They reach a little deeper, they see what’s in your soul
And even when they leave you know, you’ll never let them go
The world’s a little richer, just cause they came along
Their love goes on and on, so why do they go so soon?
The ones with souls so beautiful. I heard someone say--
There must be Borrowed Angels, here in this life
They come along, into this world, and make this world bright
They can’t stay forever, cause they’re heaven sent
And sometimes, heaven needs them back again
How else can you explain why they’re here and not here to stay?
I believe there must be
Borrowed Angels, here in this life
They come along, into this world, and make this world bright
But they can’t stay forever, cause there heaven sent
And sometimes heaven needs them back again.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

To Enya's mum - I know you will be devastasted as you loved Enya dearly. I'm so very upset for you, and at times like this we all feel so useless, and just wish we could turn the clock back for you. Thank fully her babies are old enough to manage without her, but I know she had a special place in your heart. Bless you and Enya, at this sad time, and take comfort that she will be playing with new friends at Rainbow Bridge until she sees you again. Bless you Enya x. - also thank you to Ashmark for posting for me earlier. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have just spoken to Enya's distraught owner. Sadly poor Enya's body has been found by Network Rail, thankfully she appears to have been killed outright and not suffered. RIP sweet lady.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

No further news this morning, but as Enya is not wearing a collar or tag, as escaped from the house, if she has been picked up, the finder may be waiting to see a poster go up. Have advised to keep scenting the area that Georgia was found, and a small nest has been made  with food and clothing if Enya comes by that way. Owner will be searching with Georgia on a long lead, and will be continuing postering today. Only small villages around there, and locals are spreading the word well. Fingers crossed there will be a sighting today. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Owner is still out searching. Is going to leave an item of clothing with scent near to where other dog was found when traffic dies down. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Local co-ordinator away until late tomorrow, so have offered advice in her absence, and am awaiting call back. Have emailed Dog warden and rescue numbers, vets, and all general information sheets. Hopefuly there will be good news soon. Owner has created her own poster but have offered to do DogLost one, and our normal flyers. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Photo received and uploaded. Enya has run from home about seven miles from Brigg with another dog which has been found at the next village, Barnet by -Le- Wolds at 5.45 am Thursday morning. Enya may well be lame now, and needs urgent medical attention for two pinned front toes.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
