So glad this little lad is home. He's such a sweetheart with his little white toes. It's horrible that kids will kidnap a dog to make a bit of money, but at least he wasn't held for long.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

BRILLIANT chuffed to bits he is back HOME.  Thanks Aunt Stef for the text.  Well done to his family for getting the posters out and working hard searching for him, it has paid off and you now have your lovely little boy back.  Welcome home Bernie.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Bernie is home ! Owners had a chat with the lads that were on Hatch End Broadway this afternoon & after this, owners received a call from some other boys that said they had found the dog. Owners met these boys at South Harrow train station & after money changed hands Bernie was handed over. Poor little mite , he was a bit subdued but is now ok. Welcome home little one. Stay safe now. There has been a possible sighting of Bernie. Yesterday at about 6pm near the Abbey building society in Hatch End. This small cute black dog was on a lead & with a group of young people. I have contacted all the brilliant dog walkers in the area & it was one of these that had noticed this dog yesterday evening. Thank you Rhoda.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

18.40pm. Thanks Jan.Have just spoken to owner. A possible sighting of Bernie, seen with two boys one looked about 14yrs the other older were seen on  Hatch End Broadway going through the path to the car park near Sea Pebbles fish & chip shop. These boys could think that Bernie is a stray as he did not have his collar on but they have not reported finding him to any of the authorities.Police have been informed. Posters are out there. DW is aware. All vets will be notified as well as Rescues.Bernie is chipped. There is reward for Bernie's safe return.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

18.00 p.m.  Text sent to owner to clarify his breed, replied straight away he is a Poodle/Bichon Cross.  I've updated his breed and added it by his name to show up on the DL Poster, also updated his colouring and alerted owner to Aunt Stef's email and asked them to check.  Good luck.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
