Had an email from owner (below) and have also spoken to them.  Roxy is now HOME she was picked up on Saturday and was in Aspen Valley who owner did ring on Sunday.  This proves how iimportant it is that kennels are contacted, not just once and if possible kennels visited in person.  Both Aspen Valley and Glencoe kennels are used when picked up Out of Hours.  So pleased she is home and they will be getting her chipped a.s.a.p. hopefully we will get a reunited photo.   Welcome Roxy.  Jan x Hello, GOOD NEWS I got Roxy from the kennels this morning, even though she had been there since Saturday night and I telephoned them yesterday, anyway all ends well, thank you for all your help and advice.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Email from owner, they are still trying to find a photo and they may have some on an old mobile but need to find a charger.  Part of email below: She is red/ginger in colour with a white chest and a small white stripe down her head, she also has a white patch on her stomach which looks like a large maple leaf, she is a slim build for a staff and tends to look like she has lazy eyes, very friendly girl, she has no collar on only a black flea collar, she has been spayed. thankyou for all your help and advice and if i have any news i will let you know. Hopefully someone has taken Roxy in and after the w/e and the DW is back on duty family will get the news they are waiting for.  Good luck.  I will alert RDR in case they get a report of her being found.  Jan x  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Spoken to owner Roxy went missing approx 6.30 pm Sat 5th Dec, children let her out accidentally, missing from the Highercroft area of Blackburn but could now be anywhere. She has very distinctive maple leaf shaped markings on her stomach.  DW has been notified and owner has rung Glencoe kennels, they will be trying again tomorrow.  They are looking for a photo and will email one a.s.a.p.  I'll email further advice/info and do various size posters when we receive a photo.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
