- Email in Admin: Happily Herbie & Dexter are back with their owner after 36 hours. We happened to be arriving at the place of loss with our dogs to encounter a distraught lady whose dogs had legged it (poss after deer). We took her mob contact as didn?t know her and when we called this morning & they were not back I joined this site via a friend and gave my contacts. They were back late afternoon found wandering in fields by a gamekeeper about 8 miles from their home. One was caught by him and put in his van, the other bolted but Lucy (owner) was alerted and they went to assist. Eventually they got the bolter and she called me in huge relief at 18.00 hrs.
