15.40 p.m.  Hi mat welcome on board DL. This boy has got a home lined up (depending on home check) and also homes on reserve, I've just spoken to the RSPCA and no owner has still come forward to claim him.  I've been asking around various places and also been checking on other lost/found sites and he has not been on any of them.   Other DL helpers have also been doing the same.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Spoken to Gwen now.  Her own Pug's Lewis ID 4607 and litter sister Alison ID 4608 were stolen back in 2005 and still remain missing.  They were stolen along with their mother and she was found a few miles away the next day.  The found pug is not Lewis.  I've updated Lewis and Alison's pages as they were badly corrupted in the hack last year.  Gwen is still actively looking for her dogs.  Good luck Gwen and hopefully one day their chip will be read.  Thanks for offering to spread the word on the found pug.    I've contacted Pug Rescue UK via phone and they are aware of this found boy now.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Thanks Sue. Spoke tp RSPCA earlier today he has still not been claimed.  I've contacted vets in the area and none of the ones I spoke to have had any Pugs reported missing, details left and my contact number.  Will try other vets.  Jan x  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Called into RSPCA on way home from work and seen this lovely boy.  Also spoke to the AW at lunch time about another matter and mentioned this boy they had details of him being found.  Hope his family come forward soon, he only has 7 days and can then be legally rehomed.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

What about Frank ID 20719 missing from Gateshead - realise there are identifying features with Frank that may rule him out.

RSPCA rang (thank you), they have had a Pug handed in today.  I had emailed out posters a couple of months ago but that was for Coco, female missing in the Liverpool L14 area.  I've checked on DL and the only Pug we have to a possible nearest match is Ricky ID 20212 missing from the Manchester area.  I've emailed his poster with both photo/s to the RSPCA and also left a message for Ricky's owner. Local breeder also informed in case they get any enquiries. If you think this found Pug is yours you will need to prove ownership and any identifying features.  Similar photo used.    Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
