Excellent news, welcome home Leah. Thanks helpers for being on the lookout and I know the local dog warden had been watching out for Leah too. Hmmmn, if only they could talk to tell the story?! Maybe dumped/let out after 'too hot to handle'?! Important thing is she's back home where she belongs. xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

00.05 a.m.  Thanks Lou for letting us know.  So pleased you have found your lovely Leah you must be chuffed to bits.  Give her a big hug and cuddle from everyone on DL and hope she gets back to normal soon.  Welcome home Leah and into the blue you go.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
Lou
Thank you very much for your help. We have now found Leah. She was found very near to where she went missing, we think she may have been shut in or trapped as we throughly searched this place several times and there was no sign of her. She is a bit thin, has injured her leg and has a bit of frost bite on her chest. She is glad to be home though and we are very glad to have her back.   Was not sure how to change her status to re-united as a friend added her to the site for us.                                                                       Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have sent Leah's details to Maureen Hurll of Irish Setter Rescue. Have noticed that her details have been put on the Irish Setter UK and Ireland website. I do hope that Leah returns home safely very very soon.  Unfortunately I live too far away to be of any real help.

I've twittered Leah.. lets hope someone knows something.  I'm sure Jotty the local coordinator will be along soon but I'm sure she won't mind me saying that there are a couple of hotspots in Wickford that you should concentrate on... inhabited by certain individuals *wink wink*.  Also Basildon...Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Photo cropped and reloaded, not very clear when opened up on poster.  Region changed from EA to SE and postcode added if different postcode this can be updated.  Fingers crossed she is found soon.  Good luck.  Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
