- Might be an idea to poster in the Leeds pubs and even Leeds castle, Ramada and Tudor Park Country Club as there's a number of members from these areas mentioned.
No down that way much these days but will send details to doggie friends at Harrietsham
love Sylv xx

- Adding eamil as cant see this has been updated. Bumping due to this sighting. ANY HELPERS IN THIS AREA??
Hi, i’ve just updated our page on Doglost but thought I’d contact you aswell in case you have volunteers in Parkwood or Langley/Leeds villages. We’ve had a call from a guy who saw a black and white springer heading towards Langley on the Sutton Road by Parkwood Industrial Estate (Bircholt Road). We didn’t think he would have ventured this far as he doesn’t get walked this way but we did get him from a man who lived in Leeds village so could he have picked up a scent?? I’m going to poster along this road too but there are so many fields there he really could have ended up anywhere. I just hope that wherever he is, he’s warm, dry and being fed. The fireworks on New Years Eve would have terrified him - he hates loud noises in any way shape or form. If we get any more feedback from the posters we’ll let you know.

- We've had a call from a guy who saw a black & white springer matching Benson's description walking on his own along the Sutton Road towards Langley by the Parkwood Industrial Estate (Bircholt Road). I'm going to poster along this road and into Langley/Leeds villages but if there are any sightings in this area please let us know. We did get Benson from Leeds village but that was 5 years ago - could he have picked up a scent perhaps?? There are so many fields in this area that he could have ended up anywhere but any information people may have would be gratefully received. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- No it was definately a monday- email fromdaughter to confirm Hi, thank you for your email. Benson went missing between 6.30 & 7am on Monday morning 28th December. My Dad normally walks him along Willington Street and down into Senacre Woods so he does know that area and is quite possible that he would have gone the way he knows to begin with. If you do see him again please let me know. I logged this for my parents as Benson is their dog so it was their phone numbers I gave. I’m just trying to get hold of them now to see whether they got your messages. Thanks againLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
