Just had one very excited owner on the phone CHARLIE IS HOME. The Grimsby Telegraph ran a second story today about the 2 girls who picked up Charlie and owner got a telephone call telling her where Charlie was. Her husband went round there and took him back. Cheeky sods asked for money for the food they had bought to feed him. He is home now but a bit subdued. Charlie will be getting a microchip and owner wants to thank Doglost for all the help. Re-united photo to follow.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Charlie's mum has just called to say that one of her neighbours saw Charlie being carried away by 2 girls on Saturday at 2:30. The girls were aged between 14 and 18 and were seen in Burton Street. The police have been notified and issued a crime reference number. Owner is now going to put up loads more posters around the area. Fingers crossed that he is home soon Am going to bump to the top due to the sighting.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

So sorry to see Charlie is missing. I will try and find some more local help in the morning for you, somebody who may be able to take posters to Bury football ground and get Charlie's face out there. Hopefully he is safe and warm somewhere and just waiting for somebody to find him. Ashmark I will update as soon as i have tracked down some local help for you. xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Despite owner doing an extensive search and blitzing the area with posters there has been not reported sightings of Charlie. At the time he went missing Grimsby were playing Bury at the nearby football ground and we are now wondering if one of the away fans has picked him up and taken him out of the area. Am going to try and contact Bury football club.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Have just spoken to the owner. Charlie escaped from the house without anyone noticing. He has done this before but usually only goes next door and then comes back. He has recently had a hair cut so is short on the top but feathered underneath. He has a very slight bit of white on his chest and has a full tail. owner is at work at the moment but will get a photo to us later on. There is a photo on Facebook but I don't know how to get one off there.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
