http://www.expressandstar.com/2010/01/15/missing-dog-trio-are-back/ Sunday, January 17, 2010 Three chihuahuas stolen from a Walsall woman have been found by police who forced their way into a Sedgley home. Seven-month-old Lucy, Chloe, also seven months, and Charlie, who is just over a year old, were stolen in the early hours of January 4 from Sarah Lowe?s home in New Forest Road, Coalpool. Since then the 28-year-old has launched her own Facebook campaign to try to locate them ? and it has attracted 6,000 members. Yesterday police found the dogs at an unoccupied address in Sedgley before returning them to Mrs Lowe, who lives with husband Andrew and two-year-old son Harry. She said: ?They are so glad to be at home they have been jumping up and down non-stop. I can sleep again at night now my babies are at home.? The dogs were sleeping in a heated garage adjoining the home when they were taken.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I added the F/B the other other day and added all my contacts...
Something really needs to be done about dog theft, its going on way to much at the moment.
I am sure the owner knows to make these 3 TO HOT TO HANDLE, and the f/b is growing daily with members looking for these poor dogs, contact all shops, pubs, football clubs can do tannoys over match days, scout groups, leisure centres, cab offices, binmen, etc...
i wish programmes like ’ this morning ’ could cover this story, as with Jodie’s Shar -peis.they could get a few owners who have had their dogs blatenly stolen on there and do a story on this.
I am to far away from this area, but i am always looking on the free ads websites just in case.
i really hope they are reunited soon x

Oh I also advised that they contact their local rescue/rehome centres and gave them the number to contact Battersea on in case they make it down here.... Info posted on Twitter & Facebook to all of my dog contacts... their Facebook group had over a 1000 members on it when I last looked so it maybe that everyone is covering the same ground due to it not being logged here etc...      If I hear anymore I will update.  Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

According to a group made on Facebook there were actually 3 smoothcoat Chihuahuas stolen, Lucy (as pictured above) - another bitch Chloe who was cream 9mths old and 4lbs in weight, and a male Charlie who was sable 12mths and 3.5lbs. I have posted the details to our members and have emailed the photos and descriptions out to every breeder that I know (some in the W.Mids)... I also emailed copies to the editor of Dogs Today & Dog World. I have contacted the owner via facebook with regards them making additional entries for the other dogs + they need to put all the photos up here. see all dogs at img http://profile.ak.fbcdn.net/object2/971/109/n270802133097_4147.jpg   Michelle www.rubyscrumptious.com      Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
